Aztec Services Group & City of Jasper – Senior Housing Project: Vine Street Lofts Demolition

The Situation

An out of use furniture manufacturing building was slated for demolition, but portions of the existing structure needed to be preserved for future use as a senior living center.

As Chief Executive Officer of Aztec Services Group Incorporated, a Cincinnati Ohio based Demolition and Environmental Contractor, I would like to compliment the personnel and outstanding performance of Cooper Contracting for their contribution to our profitable success on large scale demolition projects in the Jasper Indiana region. Some aspects of these projects were very difficult but were addressed with professionalism and with a focus on SAFETY, which is essential in today’s construction industry. Our Solution

Cooper Contracting removed approximately 57,000 square feet of the former furniture manufacturing building, safely leaving portions of the building standing for future use as senior living. We safely removed all debris and prepared the site for a future courtyard and parking lot.
